What can you do to relieve hay fever symptoms while you are breastfeeding or pregnant?

Most medications advise avoiding use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. There are some natural, herbal and alternative treatments that are more suitable for pregnant and nursing mothers to find relief from their hay fever symptoms.

If you have asthma or sinusitis, allergic rhinitis (hay fever) can make these conditions worse. If you’re pregnant, your symptoms may get worse but don’t worry, instead, you should discuss this with your doctor because some medicines are better for you and your baby than others.
